Hi,it's really a shame to see the picture and comments.I totally understand where the editor was coming from. However, market competition is extremely strong and most customers always ask for excellent quality and cheap price,so factories would have to do everything they can to bring down costings.Everything has its value, customers cannot always expect a cheap but quality product. It's quite hard for a foreign customer to understand what the factory is like and how their quality is.I am also selling led products to overseas market as a middle man easing communication and monitoring quality.I am now more aware that English and quality are very important in international trading.

Even I am one of Chinese suppliers who used to write the similar mails to customer, but really admit that it is a really interesting case for chinse supplier to explore the market always the same method.

But for a salesman, to send the mail is the economy method,as usually the explore method not decided by sales, but by boss.

The boss always think how to save the cost but get the most benifit. We know it is the most efficincy in exhabition. but boss will consider the cost on it.
